Enneagram Coach
The Enneagram is a powerful and dynamic personality system that describes nine fundamentally different patterns of thinking, feeling and doing. The word “ennea” is Greek for nine and “gram” means model or figure. Hence, the Enneagram (pronounced any-a-gram) is a diagram or star with nine points, each of which represents the nine personality patterns.
Each of these nine patterns is based on a distinct set of perceptual filters that determine our world view. Underneath each of the nine patterns is a basic belief about what you need in life for satisfaction and survival. As you discover your enneagram personality type and your type’s underlying basic proposition, you also will learn what motivates you, your coping strategies, and keys to personal development.
The Enneagram provides numerous practical applications in virtually all areas of life including: intimate relationships, family life, spiritual development, therapeutic settings, businesses, education, government, and non-profit organizations. As a dynamic system, the Enneagram provides a common language of type that underlies race, religion, nationality, culture, gender and other forms of group identity. The universality helps foster greater understanding of what we all have in common.
